Lamination & Multi-layering

Material codes like PET/PE or BOPP/CPP mean nothing to your customer — but they decide whether your product survives the supply chain. We translate material science into packaging that performs.

Beyond the Spec Sheet

Every Layer Has a Job

Instead of just listing film abbreviations, here's what each structure actually does for your product on the shelf.

PET / ALU / PE

Full Light & Oxygen Barrier

Aluminium foil can provide a strong barrier to light and gases in a properly designed laminate. Whether a foil structure is suitable for coffee depends on the product, pack design, filling process, and storage conditions.

BOPP / CPP

High-Gloss Shelf Impact

BOPP is one substrate option where clarity, gloss, or stiffness are desired. The suitable structure depends on print, sealing, product, and packaging-line requirements.

PET / PE

Seal Strength & Puncture Resistance

The PE inner layer provides a reliable heat seal, while PET adds mechanical strength — a cost-effective structure for detergent sachets and household products that need to survive rough handling.

Mono-PE / Mono-PP

Mono-material Structure

Using a single polymer family instead of mixed materials can help align a structure with PE or PP recycling streams where those materials are accepted. Actual recyclability depends on the finished pack and local collection and processing options.

Lamination Process

Bonded, Not Just Stacked

Lamination bonds compatible film layers using an adhesive system selected for the structure and intended use. Specify any odour, food-contact, regulatory, or other application requirements so the proposed materials and process can be reviewed.
